Family dinner

Tonight we had a house full of family and a close friend.  The weather was lovely today, perfect for drinking a crisp bottle of white wine while munching on some lobster dip.  We used lobster leftover from last night's dinner to make the following recipe that was inspired through a site I found by doing a quick Google Search.  I added a teaspoon of each:  horseradish and dijon and voila!  Perfection.
On the dinner menu:
Jalepeno, garlic & lime grilled skirt steak
Heirloom, watermelon & red onion salad
Divine.  Simply divine.  A terrific summer's meal.
